In order to support the G20 Summit in Bali, which will be held on 15-16 November 2022, Kominfo and Meta as well as WIR Group released postcards with the Nusameta theme.

Nusameta itself is an Indonesian metaverse ecosystem that brings local wisdom in it.

WIR Group Chief Sales and Marketing Officer Gupta Sitorus hopes that Nusameta can become a gateway to various digital experiences and new economic potential.

“We hope that this digital experience can provide an overview of how the metaverse platform with all its technology bases (AR, VR and AI) can bridge businesses and consumers, which will become a gateway to various digital experiences and economic potential.” Gupta said.

You can experience this metaverse at the upcoming G20 Bali Summit.

Indonesia’s achievements at the Digital Transformation Expo will be displayed on the big screen along with the vision and future programs.

“It’s like entering a vehicle with a digital tunnel,” explained the Director of Information Empowerment, Boniface Pudjianto.

The postcards released were postcards with pictures of traditional Indonesian musical instruments, Angklung and also the largest Buddhist temple in the world, namely Borobudur Temple.

By using Augmented Reality that is connected to the Instagram story feature, you can see and even play the notes on the Angklung.

In addition, you can also see a 3-dimensional image of the Borobudur Temple which can be scanned from the postcard.

It is hoped that the attendees of the G20 Summit in Bali will be able to witness Nusameta directly along with other features to enliven the agenda. (OL-1)
