When she’s lazy to order food from restaurants, Hayley is still reluctant to eat healthy and she prefers to cook ready-to-eat pizza, potato chips and other junk food dishes.

“When I was pregnant, I always ate a large Domino’s pizza and cookies. But now I only eat 1,500 calories per day, so I cut the number of calories in half,” said Hayley, who has now lost 63 kg.

“Now now I have a lot of energy. I don’t even do sports, just take a leisurely walk. I often walk when I’m on vacation for 8 km,” he admits.

Losing 63 kg of weight certainly improves his health condition. Hayley now doesn’t get tired easily, from migraines to headaches that she used to always feel. Everyone praised his transformation and appearance, he was also more confident.

“Now I can shop at clothing stores like H&M and ZARA. I used to be embarrassed to go shopping with friends, and only shopped for my clothes online. Because it was difficult to find clothes with the right size for my body shape,” she confides.

Not only more confident and healthy. Hayley is now actively cooking and sharing her healthy cooking menu on her Instagram account.

“Now I just watch what I eat, and I don’t think I’ll ever want to go back to the way it used to be,” he concluded.
