Live Commerce Preferred Sellers and Brands Promote Products


LIVE streaming, especially live commerce, can be a tool for sellers and brands to interact with customers or potential consumers on social media platforms and marketplaces, e-commerce. Live commerce can also be the choice of sellers and brands in promoting their products appropriately and effectively.

This was conveyed by the founder of Buzzlive.co, Fabian, accompanied by his co-founder, Clarissa Devina, Jakarta, on the sidelines of Hashloween 2022, Jakarta, Monday (31/10) night. Fabian explained, that’s why his party focuses on introducing the importance of live commerce for hosts and people who want to maximize social media as a new business field. Since being launched by HashEntertainment in 2017 and only being introduced to the public in 2021, Buzzlive.co has more than 500 registered and curated hosts ready to help sellers promote their products.

“We have collaborated with more than 300 sellers on four platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and Tiktok). We already have a platform where sellers can find hosts that meet the criteria and have a persona that matches each seller, “said Fabian.

The challenges experienced by Buzzlive.co in introducing live commerce, said Fabian, are always optimizing existing technology to help hosts and sellers be more effective and efficient in conducting live commerce. “Because in 2023 there will be more and more sellers who see live commerce as the right and effective way to sell products and grow their number of customers,” added Fabian.

Clarissa Devina added that Hashloween was held to enliven the Halloween celebration which is held every October 31. Hashloween 2022 takes the theme of Citayam Fashion Week.

The theme of Citayam Fashion Week, said Clarissa, was taken based on trends or phenomena that are happening in 2022 plus the event venue located at the venue for the Citayam Fashion Week performance. “Our goal is to encourage participants who are present at Hashloween, be it hosts, content creators, influencers, and other celebgrams, to directly take over their creativity with this theme. Styledoubler is also working with influencers and sponsors this Hashloween event,” he said.

In Hashloween 2022, there will be mask painting, parade and costume party. All of these activities are competed and Buzzlive.co provides various prizes. “Last year, Hashloween activities were held in a hybrid and online manner, considering that the Covid-19 pandemic was still under way.
