GARENA has officially announced the K-pop idol group Bangtan Sonyeondan or BTS as the official global brand ambassador for the Free Fire game.
One of the music artists with the most audiences in the world will be directly involved in various series of Free Fire events that will be present in March.
“BTS is a global phenomenon; their appeal and influence is unmatched. We are excited to welcome BTS as our new global brand ambassador, and can’t wait to share our series of collaborative events,” said Garena Free Fire Producer Harold Teo in a written statement, Tuesday (1/3).

“Through BTS in the world of Free Fire, we present a variety of new and exciting gaming experiences that are expected to be enjoyed by the entire community of gamers and fans of BTS,” he added.
BTS is known as one of the most liked music groups, winning the hearts and minds of hundreds of millions of people around the world.
BTS fans and Free Fire players can look forward to a series of collaborative events and activities, both in and out of the game.
The developer and publisher of the Free Fire game, Garena, last year also collaborated with the British automotive manufacturer McLaren by bringing McLaren’s future supercar called MCLFF, short for McLaren-Free Fire, to the game.
Garena Free Fire also collaborated with Egyptian singer and actor, Mohamed Ramadan, to become the first Arab character in the game for players in the Middle East and North Africa.
In addition, Garena Free Fire also collaborates with the popular Japanese animated series Attack on Titan, so fans of the anime series can find costumes with the theme of Survey Corps division when playing in the game. (Ant/OL-1)
