Don’t Just Go Viral, Social Media Content Also Needs To Be Consistent

Social media is an interactive technology that allows the creation, sharing/exchange of information, ideas, career interests, and other forms of expression through virtual communities and networks. Everyone’s social media creator goals are different, so this can affect the consistency of content creation.

“How to be consistent, come back again, set the goal. Many are passionate about creating content at the beginning. Once the passion is gone, the content is gone too. It always happens,” said CEO and Founder of Coffee Meets Stocks, Theo Derick in Kediri, East Java, Tuesday (5/7).

When the purpose of media is clear, he continued, someone automatically keeps trying to create the best possible content even though they are not enthusiastic. This concept applies to everything.

The consistency of content creation affects the credibility of social media users. Everyone can also take advantage of certain moments to go viral. “There are two keys to viral, relating to the situation and knowing the algorithm. For example, there is news that is going viral, we associate it with the content to be created, usually the views are high,” said Theo. (OL-12)
