Apple Stops Selling Products in Russia

APPLE Inc., Wednesday (2/3) WIB, said it had stopped all sales of its products in Russia in response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

Apple outlined a number of actions in response to the invasion, including stopping all exports to its sales channels in the country.

Apple Pay and other services have been restricted, the company said.

Russian state media, RT News and Sputnik News, are no longer available for download from Apple Stores outside Russia.

As of Tuesday (1/3), users in Russia were still able to access Apple’s online store but attempts to purchase iPhones showed they were not available for shipping. (Ant/OL-1)
